Welcome to Troy University and to Troy Alabama! Bush Memorial Baptist Church is glad you are here and it is our desire to be involved in your life during your time at college.
Bush Memorial has an active college program and we enjoy having college students involved in every aspect of our church life. From choir to mission trips to teaching kid’s Sunday School to ministering to the youth to hand bells to drama… college students play a very active role at Bush Memorial.
Our College program at Bush Memorial has 3 overriding principles:
ð To help you grow in your walk with Christ.
ð To help you explore and find the areas of ministry for which God has created you.
ð To be your church family while you are in Troy.
The people at Bush Memorial have a desire to pour our lives into the lives of the students God sends our way. We feel God has placed us near Troy University to support, challenge and love these students. We see you as our own children or grandchildren or brothers or sisters. We’ll encourage you and admonish you. We’ll cheer your accomplishments, comfort your hurts and invite you to the biggest pot lucks in Pike County. We will share your life.
We believe that God has placed in your life the potential to change the world. As your church family, it is our responsibility to provide you with a solid understanding of who you are in Christ and a passion for living that Christ-like life wherever God leads you next.
We will do whatever it takes to help your generation become a generation that God uses to bless all nations.
