Troy University International Student Outreach Jesus command for us to go into the world and make disciples has special meaning for us. God has placed us so close to the University that it seems like the world is coming to us. Throughout the year we provide opportunities for students to learn more about our faith. We also have families that host international students in thier homes and members that attend the All Nations Church for fellowship with the students on campus. Our goal is to equip them for ministry when they return back to thier home country. |

Faith Riders The command of God implores us as we "go into all the world we are to preach the Gospel to all creation" (Mark 16:15); the F.A.I.T.H. Riders take this calling seriously as the lifeblood of its existence and passion. This is a ministry, not a riding club or gang, and our sole purpose is to share the life-changing Good News by equipping the saints to engage in practical ministry opportunities. Through the ministry of F.A.I.T.H. Riders, bikers and others are learning about Jesus Christ and receiving His awesome gift of salvation and eternal life in Heaven with Him. F.A.I.T.H. Riders is reaching people with their bikes who may not normally step foot into an organized church or Bible study. It's putting rubber, as well as shoe leather, onto the Gospel message. Camp Troy At Bush we take Vacation Bible School to the EXTREME! We want kids to be exposed to the Word of God in a Big Way. We ensure that during camp each child hears the Gospel presented in a manner that is easy to understand and shows the care and compassion Jesus has for each of them. These truths are reinforced through music, arts and crafts, and an intense worship service for all campers and teachers in "Big Church". Campers have lunch and then its TRACK TIME. During Track Time leaders drive home the Gospel and how it relates to things we do in our everyday lives. Each camper tries a different activity each day of camp. There are almost 20 to choose from including sports like Football or Track and Field at the University, classes on Science and International Culture, crafts such as Jewelry and Mosaic Tile Art, and even Fishing at the Bush Farm... just name a few. During Track Time campers have a break for a snack and devotion time with thier leader where they have the opportunity to ask questions and really think about what they learned that day. Our Theme in 2011 is the Big Apple. Check back for exact dates and registration information. VBS Resources available at Lifeway Christian Resources. |
