We believe that students are at a critical time of life.

You are changing physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.

You communicate instantly, you learn through experiences,

 and you question everything.

You are balancing school, extracurricular activities, an after school job, social status and the desire to please God.

You are laying the foundation for the rest of your life.

You are responsible for your grades and your chores at home.

You are very influential and what you decide is cool….is cool.

You are the result of God’s craftsmanship and have been placed in a large mission field that we call adolescence.

We believe that you need to be supported and have a place to be who you are as you are navigating through your student years.

On Sunday mornings at 9:45 am, we gather for Sunday School. We meet upstairs in the education building. We have classes for guys and girls in 6th thru 12th grade. The classes are divided into 6th – 8th grades and 9th – 12th grades.  Sunday School classes are designed to help you understand the Bible and use it throughout your week.

Halftime is what we call our Wednesday night Bible Study. Halftime meets at 6:00 pm. We sing some of today’s most popular Christian music, have game shows, slide shows, preview student ministry events and have Bible study based on life application of Scripture.

On Sunday nights, on a quarterly basis, we will have a topical study. Such topics include, or have included, a study on the twelve disciples, one entitled “How to Stay Christian in High School,” a study of the Song of Solomon, which is a study about sexuality, and a study on the differences between certain denominations. We have even used this time for a media production unit in which our youth have written, directed, and produced skits and plays. We typically meet at someone’s house (usually the youth minister) or a local restaurant to have these studies.

Overtime meets on selected Wednesday or Sunday nights in our church gym. We play games and enjoy one another’s fellowship.

Did we mention Dodgeball?
