Music and Worship Arts Ministry
The first purpose for which man was created is to worship God. Something inside each one of us draws us into the presence of the Almighty. And the goal of our music and worship ministry is to help the hearts of our people connect with the heart of God. Through various musical styles, instruments, and media, we offer many opportunities for involvement in life-changing worship leading. Praise Team
The Worship Team is a contemporary praise band made up of 4-8 vocalists, keyboards, guitars and percussion instruments It is the goal and desire of the worship team to provide musical leadership for the Sunday Worship Celebrations If you have a close relationship with Christ and have vocal or instrumental talents you wish to use for the Lord, this may be your place of service
Choir
The most common element among members in the Bush Memorial Adult Choir (High School age and up) is not musical ability, but a genuine desire to sing and worship the Lord. In addition to singing and leading the Sunday Worship Celebration, the choir periodically ministers through special musical presentations and seasonal programs. If you love to sing, like a challenge, don’t mind some hard work, and have a desire to deepen your walk with Jesus through a greater understanding of worship, then you will love being involved in the BMBC Choir.
Handbells
The Bush Memorial handbell choir for adults and students of high school age and older is a unique and fun experience in instrumental worship. This group enhances our Sunday morning worship celebrations primarily during holiday seasons. The ability to read music is helpful, but not required.
Lifelines
The Lifelines Drama Ministry allows believers of all ages to perform dramatic sketches that portray God's word in creative and though provoking ways. It is our desire to reach the seeker, touch the believer, and bring honor and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Media
We strive to utilize technology to further God's kingdom purposes. We employ many audio visual techniques to present our message in relevant and attractive ways. We have opportunities on our technical team for videographers, video editors, lighting technicians, sound technicians, graphic designers, those with a background in web design and site administration, and other production personel.
